Fee rate origin
Every fee rate the product holds came from one of two places, and the difference decides what happens when you change it.
A seeded rate is published from the codebase and reapplied on each deploy, so an edit made in the console is overwritten the next time the app ships. A manual rate was authored in the console and is never touched by that process — it stays as you left it, whatever the published schedule later says.
Rates you have negotiated yourself belong in the second category. If you find an edit reverting, its origin is why, and Fee rates covers how to record an override that holds.
Seeded
Published from git by MarketplaceFeeRateSeeder and reapplied on every deploy — edit the seeder to change it, not this screen.
Manual
Authored from this console. The seeder never touches it, however it compares to the schedule it publishes.
