Sync coverage

A marketplace feed walks forward through your history a page at a time, and a first import of a busy account can take days. While it does, the list of orders is complete only up to the point the walk has reached — everything after that is real, and simply has not been asked for yet.

That is a different question from "when did the sync last run", which every connection answers already. A sync that ran four minutes ago and a sync that has reached last February are both ordinary readings, and only together do they tell you whether what you are looking at is all of it.

The day this feed has walked up to. Anything the marketplace recorded past that point has not been imported yet.
