Every automatic posting lands in an account picked for its role, such as sales revenue or marketplace fees. Turning on Accounting points each role at a starter account.

Steps

1. Open Settings, Posting accounts, and review where each role posts.

   Open in the app

2. Pick a different account for a role. Only accounts of its class are offered.

3. Save your changes. Postings made after that use the new account.

Check it worked

The role shows the account you picked, and postings made after you save land there.
