Connect a marketplace
Connecting a marketplace is what starts everything else: your orders, products, inventory, returns and the fees the channel charged you all arrive from here. You authorise through the marketplace's own sign-in, so your marketplace password is never given to this app.
Connect the account
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Add integration and pick Amazon or Walmart.
- Sign in at the marketplace when it asks, and approve the access it lists.
- You are returned to Settings → Integrations, where the new connection appears in the list.
Watch the first sync
The connection starts pulling data straight away. Open it from Settings → Integrations to follow along.
- Recent orders and products usually appear within a few minutes.
- A full backfill of your order history takes longer, and keeps running if you leave the page.
- The connection shows Healthy once it is keeping up.
If something looks wrong
- Nothing has arrived after fifteen minutes — open the connection and check its health. A connection that stopped will say so there rather than failing silently.
- Orders are there but profit looks too high — that is expected until costs are in. Profit cannot subtract a cost you have not entered yet; see Add your product costs.
- You sell under two business entities — connect each one in its own workspace, so their catalogs and reports never mix.
